what is your return policy
CLOTHING, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN THE NEW YORK CITY METRO AREA. CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. If you are out-of-state you have 14 days to ship your merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that have missing tags, have been washed, or are scented with perfume will not be accepted for a cash refund.
where do you find everything?
Asking shop owners where they source their products is like asking a chef for a recipe. I get why you're curious, but as Screech says on SBTB, "The sauce you can have, but the secret she's a mine." Having said that, sourcing is long process. We get inquiries from designers and local makers as well as suggestions from customers, online research, and attending endless trade shows.
what happens in your one-on-one work
Sessions typically begin with a channeled guided meditation and prayer for you and the life you want to manifest as well as the creating of space for you to be whole and well. We then go into intuitive counseling in which I get to know you and your world, a short tarot spread and we finish off with Reiki in order for you to passively integrate all of the work we do together. Each client is then given a list of actionable tools for the next 30 days.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE WORKSHOPS AND READINGS
It requires a lot of effort and sometimes, loss of shop hours, to create events. Everything we do is a one-off unless it sells out, gets more requests or the practitioner requests we try it again. For this reason, consider every event a one-time life-as-art social experiment intended to create opportunity for self-reflection and transformation. If it calls to you, jump on it. Because it might not happen again.
how long does it take to ship
Items will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS. You will receiving tracking for your order. If you want to expedite shipping, options are available when you checkout.

is everything designed locally and handmade
Our shop focuses on affordability but we also have a great desire to be transparent about our the process of our manufacturing and sourcing. We focus on affordability, quality, uniqueness and sweatshop free. That is why we do not offer fast fashion prices. It costs over 4,000 just to open our store every month not including any merchandise, which is why we price our clothing competitively for NY but perhaps not compared to the Far East or a small online company who warehouses in Nebraska. If you are willing to invest in certain items, you can bet they are made of natural fabrics, are great quality and have been made with integrity. If you want something for $10, expect your ethical standards to be compromised unless you're willing to hunt for vintage.
can you get this again in my size?
Typically, the vendors we work with require us to be a full "size run" meaning anywhere between 6-12 pieces in order to reorder items. For this reason we wait until we run out of at least 3 pieces before we reorder. WE CAN SPECIAL ORDER certain items if you deposit 30%. (In the past we did not require this, but a couple times customers ghosted us, so now we require this so we only get serious inquiries.)
