Thursday 7-8:30 pm at 421 Graham Ave.

Non violent communication is a style of language use developed by Marshall Rosenberg in order to create compassion, peace, clarity and ease in relationships, particularly during conflicts or emotionally-charged moments.

I have found this book to be incredibly clarifying in terms of identifying my own needs/desires and self talk.

I would love to read this book with you and talk about real world implications during a time when our collective energy is fraught with painful events and a deep desire to create change.

Join us for a book talk at the shop. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and a copy of the book. (Avoid amazon if you can, no judgment if you cant.)

Bring some water; we will be seated on the floor but I encourage you to email you if you need to be seated in a chair or need any other physical support.
