Shapeshifting: Befriending the Void with DELTAVENUS (75 minutes)

About the Workshop:
In this workshop, we befriend the void by entering emptiness intentionally and finding the creative potential that can only emerge from the darkness.
+ We explore the nature of emptiness as a regenerative field
+ The instinct to grip, to hold, to fill and to prematurely shape what is still forming
+ The process of shapeshifting as identity loosens and imagination begins to move without a fixed centre
+ Draw on mystical traditions across time and how each approached dissolution and emergence as living cycles of transformation
You will be guided into a meditative descent into the void: a space that initially presents as emptiness but reveals itself as full, alive, and responsive when you remain present with it. From that space, we will create so you can experience proof of the "works" only available when we surrender ourselves within the cosmic womb.
This practice - descent, presence + emergence - becomes a methodology. A way of building strength, tolerance, and capacity to remain present within the discomfort of the void without grasping for resolution.
About Your Facilitator: Deltavenus
