ABOUT: We are all channels. In this session, Lisa K will offer an experiential introduction to channeling that will open new pathways to explore your unique connection to all that is. Lisa will begin with a demonstration, channeling an opening message for the group and offering the opportunity to ask questions of her guides. She will then lead a collective attunement and channeling experience that will inspire you to continue experimenting with your own channeling practice.

About the Workshop: In this ancestral exploration circle, a sacred and safe space will be created to sit with the wisdom of our ancestors while tending to the patterns and stories carried through our lineages. Guided meditation, simple ritual, and reflection support the natural arising of awareness, the release of what is no longer needed, and a deepening of connection to self. Many of us come from complex lineages woven with trauma and pain, and there are no expectations to forgive or to shift what is not yet ready to move. Together, we open gently to what wants to be seen and supported, allowing space for healing to unfold at its own pace. In honoring our lineage and ourselves, we cultivate a deeper sense of belonging and connection that will continue beyond our circle.
