practice to become our own anchors in times of inner and outer change and transformation.
In moments of change, it is so easy to push away or identify with contraction. In Liminal Studies, we embrace ourselves in every phase and stage: playful and buoyant, grieving or lost. In Liminal Studies, we will play with magic, connect to new perspectives, and expand our skills, while honoring all of the feelings that come with being human.

The Shape of Now is a digital multimedia compilation featuring five creators who support creative independents for a living.
