SEASON 03: SOFT SPINE
DISCIPLINE AND DEVOTION FOR SENSITIVE PEOPLE
In this 3-month kinship club, you will create practices to edify your unique magic through 3 monthlY Gatherings:
#01 INTENTION SETTING & DIVINATION
Top of the Month: Develop your intuition and learn to trust your senses as we practice the exact divination processes I use with mini transmissions, and creative exercises sprinkled throughout the month.
#02 CURATED GUEST TAUGHT WORKSHOPS TO REFINE OUR PRACTICE
Mid Month: This season, we are building structures to fortify our magic. Cultivate a supportive relationship with discipline with Athena Sayaka, create a prayer practice that feels authentic with Heidi Smith, and explore our creative lineages and practice sensuous, communal storytelling with Denise Shanté Brown through her embodied experimental concept, felt futures¹.

#03 REFLECTION IN COMMUNITY TO PRACTICE BEING SEEN
End of Month: Reflection is a tool to liberate us from the constant rushing of dominant culture, and being seen is a small act of courage that changes worlds. Sharing in sacred spaces with other imaginative, compassionate people has a direct impact on your confidence and creativity.

Denise Shanté Brown (she/her) is a multidimensional designer, creative co-conspirator, and intuitive writer. Through a creative social practice rooted in multimodality and sensorial knowledge, Denise Shanté cultivates embodied experiments where (dis)abled storytellers and worldmakers can collectively dream, design, write, and feel the futures we long for and love.
She’s the author and designer of the book collection, may we dream and design felt futures: where our creative being and practice can feel the sensations of care, intimacy, and liberation (Thick Press 2025) and guide for the experiments in felt futures four-month literary immersion. What if our lineages as creative, intuitive beings contain memories that can illuminate our deepest longings? And what if we feel into those memories, allowing our bodies to guide us toward the futures we want to live inside?
Exploring felt futures¹ as the breathing entity and liberatory lifeforce within us, we'll gather to practice feeling the presence of what—and who—keeps us connected to our creativity. Our sensorial memory work and sensuous storytelling will carry us across time and space. Together, we'll notice the creative lineages and memories tingling up and down our spines. Together, we'll share stories that show us how everything we've felt can (re)design our future ways of being, relating, and making.
To support the experience, participants may want to be in a comfortable environment where sensing and sharing can transpire. Having a notebook or something to capture what emerges may also be desired.

Athena is a neuroexpansive* mystic who thinks a lot about how we think, what seeds those thought structures, and whether or not those mental models are useful for us. Through her newsletter & podcast Pattern Disrupt, she explores the intersection of discipline, spirituality, and creativity. In another professional capacity, Athena is an operations specialist helping visionary CEOs craft the strategic plans and systems that allow their teams to execute and sustain growth of the business. Outside of Work, Athena adores travel, acrobatics, and sour gummies.

It’s time to heal our relationship with discipline. As spirit-led creatives, we tend to be averse to structure, but our visions need a trellis to help it grow and thrive in reality. Heidi Smith, MA, RH (AHG), is a psychosomatic therapist, registered herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and the author of The Bloom Book and The Uncommon Book of Prayer. Within her private practice, Heidi specializes in holistic complex trauma (C-PTSD) recovery. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to empower greater balance, actualization, and soul-level healing within themselves. She is passionate about engaging both the spiritual and scientific dimensions of the plant kingdom, and sees plant medicine and ritual as radical ways to promote individual, collective, and planetary healing. This class expands upon Heidi’s most recent book, The Uncommon Book of Prayer, to provide guidance and structure, as well as greater inspiration and realization for a prayer practice that supports your life. Heidi defines prayer as “an active agreement you make between your soul and the divine (whatever that means to you), and this class is designed to meet you where you are, outside the dominant, limited paradigm of religion.
Together, we will cover: opening the channels, the wheel of the year & divine timing, affirmative language & abundance states, and practices for application and actualization.

INNER SANCTUM is a club dedicated to simplicity and spaciousness via 3 live online gatherings per month.
You can expect a short talk on the energies of the month, a guided practice to activate your own magic, practice your own divination, and create a relationship to your own intuition and authority.
This container is very different than the courses, which are condensed, sequenced teaching containers with a lot of content. The membership focuses on practice and connection more than lecture.

There are 3 live gatherings every month. We often have our gatherings in the afternoon Eastern time to accommodate as many kinship club members as we can across the world.

In the 1:1, I tap into your frequency claircognizantly, and listen to the frequency of your voice and story. I will then guide you using tools like tarot cards, human design, or astrology, depending on what you are experiencing.
The sessions are 45 minutes and cost $111 (half of my normal rate for a 75-minute session), and are not included in your monthly membership fee.

This offering has a monthly recurring membership fee for three months, so it’s a built-in payment plan.

We purposely tried to make INNER SANCTUM as accessible as possible, while also covering the costs of the program.
However, if you'd like to request a partial scholarship, you can do that here.
*If you were a paid subscriber to Garden of the Imaginal, you will be prioritized for half scholarships.

You have access to the INNER SANCTUM materials for one year after we close the container. You will also receive downloadable materials you can keep forever.

All sales are final. Once you signup you cannot cancel your subscription.
When you sign up for the container, you commit to 3 months of payment and participation. If we are unable to process your payments, you have 9 days to update your payment method. If it’s not updated within 9 days, your membership will be canceled automatically.
If we need to manually update your payment method after the nine days have lapsed, you will be charged a $25 admin fee.If you default on your payment before the membership completes, we will no longer be able to open payment plans or memberships to you.
