Making Magic with the Green Comet

As I sit here and write to you I am feeling the queasy and inelegant sensation of Mercury going direct (anyone else get dizzy when they spin around?), and the undeniable magic of what is to come in the days, weeks and months ahead. 

On February 1st, the Green Comet, known as Comet C/2022 will the closest it has been to earth in approximately 10,00 years, (although some scientists believe it could up to 50,000 years since this comet was visible in the sky.) 

I feel that comets are messengers of new life, new realities and creative energy. Modern scientists believe that comets are the remnants of the dawn of our solar system 4.6 billion years ago. These frozen masses of ice and organic matter may have been what brought water onto earth.

There are new studies emerging that demonstrate the ability of water to hold memory. The comet (made primarily of frozen water) will be passing by earth on its way back out towards Neptune, and will potentially be visible in the sky to the naked eye, after stopping by the sun around 2/2.

I feel that as this comet travels through spacetime it brings with it all of the stories it has picked up on its travels. The Green Comet comes from the Oort Cloud, “a theoretical concept of a cloud of predominantly icy planetesimals proposed to surround the Sun at distances ranging from 2,000 to 200,000 AU (0.03 to 3.2 light-years).”

That's right, this comet comes from a cloud of objects at the edge of our solar system, that so far, only exists in theoretical math, aka, our imagination.
